Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship the same or next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

Domestic orders: We ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS on all orders! Shipping charges are automatically calculated at check out time. To ensure confirmation of delivery, packages may need to be signed for. Please provide a daytime address that can receive packages.

International Orders: All orders outside the USA are shipped via the US Postal Service. Product is shipped FOB Millbrae, CA USA. We ship the bottles in a non-descript package as a commercial sample of vitamins or gift of small $ value. We ship all international packages via US POSTAL EXPRESS MAIL with TRACKING or PRIORITY MAIL. These options are more expensive but 1) it reduces the risk of loss to virtually zero and 2) you will get your package much sooner. However, we do not know the importation laws of foreign countries. Therefore the buyer bears the risk of loss or any import duties. If the product is detained in customs or otherwise lost, it is the buyer that bears the burden.
